Charles Lebel - President
Starting as sales advisor at the truck sales division for a dealer in Quebec, from 1975 to 1979, Charles Lebel was showing his initiative mind and so became quickly recognized by his partners as a leader in his field. His talent and his performance will lead him to the position of sales manager of the company in 1979. In 1980, he agreed to join the team of Ste-Foy Toyota where he quickly was appointed as director of sales. The successful results emerging from his efforts lead him to the position of head of the sales department in 1985. For eleven years, he was the key leader taking important decisions regarding the management of all divisions in Ste-Foy Toyota. Among his responsibilities he had to take care of staff recruitment, training courses, customer satisfaction process, and management of the sales team, marketing and implementation of the critical procedures leading to a smooth run of the activities. Alongside his work, Charles Lebel follows advanced courses that allow him to master his knowledge and make its work more efficient. He received several awards for outstanding achievement in the automotive field. In 1997, Charles Lebel decides to put his knowledge, experience and management skills to serve a wider range of customers. He then decided to co found the company he presides today.
Philippe Lebel - Principal Associate
Born in a family business, starting very young, Philip showed his leadership mind and his great creativity. He began his career in the automotive field in 1994, in Ste-Foy Toyota. He later held positions as deputy director for spare parts, and then as director of sales for the dealers of leisure vehicles in the region of Quebec. In 2004, he got a position as consultant at BOOST. His skills and his communication's mastering made him as a highly valued contact by the customers. His business led him to travel across Canada and allowed him to see a significant gap regarding the availability of a measuring tool for reliable results and performance. In February 2008, in conjunction with BOOST, he so initiated the ambitious project of developing an internet application designed to improve the work of business managers: the dashboard That's it! As head of this new division of BOOST, he devoted all his energy to improving the product in order to satisfy a growing clientele and in order to provide a genuine personalized new service.
Claude Chabot - Vice President
Passionate of cars, Claude Chabot began as a technician in a very well known dealership. His determination to excel and his skills for client relationship, inspired him to become assistant manager of the department and there after director of static operations. Back in Quebec in 1989, he joined Toyota Ste-Foy, where he improved his natural sale's abilities. His communication skills and his enthusiasm allowed him to move up steadily in the company by acting at various positions related to strategic sales management. In 1995, he was mandated to raise service operations level at a major dealer in the area. He then put the basis of new concepts in marketing for the service, while he was dramatically improving the customer's satisfaction index. During his career, Claude has held various responsibilities such as hiring people and staff valuation, development of training practices and the supervision of directors. Guest speaker from the Automobile Dealers Corporation of Quebec, Claude is appreciated for his field knowledge and his ability to teach in a dynamic way a working methodology that works fine for the sales as well as for the static operations. Sensitive to the consumer's psychology and understanding the key role of the human resource management, he is in favour of achievement visible results by ensuring that everyone knows their role in the company. With an engaging personality, he can deal with people because he is actively involved in interventions with conviction and integrity.
Philippe Lellbach - Managing Director and Partner
Philippe Lellbach is a field agent. He started in the retail trade in the early 90s as a sales consultant for dealerships of Japanese vehicles with very high sales volume. Five years later, he acted as deputy director before assuming the leadership of the sales division at a well known Yamaha dealer. Appreciated for his leadership and skills in managerial positions, he joined BOOST in 2001 as consultant. This did not prevent him from investing with great success in a dealership of leisure sports in the Beauce. Under his leadership, the dealer saw growth again, a major expansion and opened a second sales point. In 2007, eager for a new challenge, he decided to join BOOST's team based on a full time position. Proactive and foreseeing, his business strategies are always based on realistic achieving and measurable goals. He showed great discipline in the organization of work and an undeniable talent for managing the human resources.
